People who are seriously ill or terminally ill are often exhorted to "stay positive". The positivity has become a new creed for some. However, when you feel you're facing a long period of disease spread in front of you, possibly or probably ending with the death of all can Apparently too hard. Do I need to be positive all the time for best results?

A study published in the actual research Qualitative Health in March 2008 suggests that total positivity is not necessary for survival. The study was one that explores what people what is considered a terminal illness, but is much better than the doctor expected. These are people who should have died, but not well short of doctors expected. Some have lasted several decades than expected because of their diagnosis and treatment.

Faced with an administration or a serious illness for which there seems no Way Out is very difficult. There are some in the community who insist that people should keep a positive attitude and to deny what doctors tell them if they can stay alive. Some patients said they would die if they believe and what they must believe they will improve.

If life were that simple. It is positive and many thinkers who deny their situation die.

Fortunately, this is not true that you must believe that you will not die to continue living. People who had "miraculous" recovery and long life unexpectedly, without apparent symptoms were periods when they were negative. They need not be positive all the time. Some of them were crying a lot, screaming in emotional pain of being told they are likely to die soon. Some angry would simply left over time. They felt all the emotions that everyone can feel. And then ...

Being positive is a small aspect of resistance that might be what someone needs the best expected given their terrible diagnosis. The issue is not about feeling positive when everyone seems to give you. It's about what you do. It's doing what you can with the time remaining.

This leaves a big question. What do you do with the time you have left? For one of the survivors is a matter of making some beds for their children to sleep because they slept on mattresses on the floor and a dining table.

One Other survivors decided not worth farming more and immediately rented his farm and went to the local hotel where he became a storyteller tourists local beer provided.

Another survivor decided to take his family back to Scotland to show what was important for him and he came.

So if you have a diagnosis, with little hope, or if you want to avoid being in this situation as best they can, and then ask you what I really want to do with the time I have left? And it would make a difference if it was two months, two years or 60 years? Especially do not want to spend all their retirement money only to find that they do not die.

Think positive, that they really want to do with the weather you left? It may take some time to resolve this problem. I spent about four months earlier this year and wondered again and again until what I found enough answers to satisfy me. What will happen?
