What is the best way to reduce the basic forms of particle board? Should I use a custom die or use a CNC machine?

Am design a product using 3/16th inch plywood with basic geometric forms, as I have a special die due to be done, but I wondered if I had to use a CNC machine for cutting service (forms), but I heard it can expensive, but I need parts and components to take accurate measurements.
