What is the best way to reduce the basic forms of particle board? Should I use a custom die or use a CNC machine?

Am design a product using 3/16th inch plywood with basic geometric forms, as I have a special die due to be done, but I wondered if I had to use a CNC machine for cutting service (forms), but I heard it can expensive, but I need parts and components to take accurate measurements. I was told dying, sometimes move when hitting the material so that you may have some elements that do not work when CNC is very accurate but expensive for short-term products need advice! Thank you.

Some CNC approx. 3 times more expensive than a court, unless the piece is complex, then the cost of the matrix can be .. Also prohibitive thick chipboard share you could have problems with square edges .. Contact a cut below the stamps in the yellow pages ...

Basic Materials, a carpenter needs!

Put yourself in the woodworking

As a carpenter, you must have a knowledge its material base - the wood. To get the best wood products, which have all the 411 types of wood.

1. This often wood from trees such as cherry, elm, oak (English, imported, Japanese), lemon, rosewood, walnut, teak, mahogany, cherry, ash and beech.

The wood is solid and durable. It may be more expensive than others (particularly softwood) because it has a shelf life. It is used for making furniture. Be careful in the selection hardwoods. More wood is softer to work. However, the registration center, or what is at the heart of the hardwood, is likely to split the middle and can also twist or shrink. Store timber and season properly to prevent it.

Help Relish to stronger wood. To register for several years before it is introduced into the market, the wood becomes more durable.

2. This comes from softwoods such as cedar, fir, pine, redwood, pine, yew, fir, larch, cedar and treatment.

These woods are cheaper because their rate of decline is faster, especially when used in an outdoor environment. Softwoods should be combined with the preservation of wood or finishes as paint to protect against the elements.

Softwoods should be treated with an anti-termite and anti-conservative decay. If these must be exposed, they must have a lacquered finish. This will prevent dirt from seeping through the surface. It will also highlight on the point by showing the natural color of wood.

3. These panels are often made of strips of softwood glued and bonded, often rectangular. These bands are trapped between veneers like birch. individual sheet on each side called 3-layer. Fold foil on both sides is known that 5-layers.

Latté works best for interior work, as the glues used during construction are not precisely a raincoat water. It has a range of thickness - ranging from 12 mm to 32 mm. Al strips purchase must be retained because they tend to warp and twist.

4. Namely, particle board covered with soft wood resin. The particles travel faster and heated together high pressure. Its thickness varies from 9 to 18 mm

Other types of chipboard floors are clear, plastic veneer, wood veneer, melamine and melamine white.

The agglomerates of the purchase, they must be stored. These work best in jobs interiors. They are also resistant to water and appropriate materials for damp projects.

5. Hardboard A versatile product that comes from softwood pulp turned into sheets. It is a finish on one side and a textured background. Also Available in a variety of finishes and thicknesses.

Other types of hardboard include housing, oil-tempered, perforated (council), covered with plastic, painted front duo.

When buying hardboard, this must be stored.

6. Medium Density Fiberboard These work best for interior projects. As it is easily exposed to wet conditions, can not be used for outdoor work. Ideal for areas in the house - such as shelves and cupboards.

With its fine texture that occurs over the entire length, is often made of wood MDF warehouses worldwide. The wood fibers glued taught together in a high pressure.

We recommend that a mask should be used when cutting fiberboard mid-density. This is to avoid inhaling fine dust particles. The range of thicknesses from 9 mm to 18 mm.

7. Most plywood plywood used for woodworking is imported abroad. The junction of the plates is sure to run in opposite directions to compensate for plywood. They are attached on each side of the room if the voltage remains balanced.

basic number of sheets of plywood is three. It is the 3-layers. When you add another sheet of each side, then it becomes the strongest layer also called 5-layers. Multi repeatedly perform the same technique, the plywood may take different forms.

But keep in mind that this procedure can reduce the tendency of distortion. Plywood can still twist or warp, as each sheet of veneer is not completely identical though. Another reason for the distortion produced heat and water infiltration.

The different types of plywood are standard wood and plastic front face.

When plywood storage, make sure the leaves are flat to prevent distortion. The leaves come in different thicknesses ranging from 4 mm to 18 mm.
