Is there a service anywhere that meets partial cross-stitch projects completed?

I have several projects that were sitting around the fun first, but now have become tedious. I do not have time to finish, but I can not bear to throw as much work put into them already and it would be great if done! I've heard of services that will make the steps of ripping CDs to your iPod, I wondered if I had the same kind of services for entertainment projects.

It seems that this place will do. It seems they really can not find anything on the web!

Learn to Cross Stitch

Most people find cross-stitch before doing so, but usually need a few tips to help us begin by proper techniques. Here is an explanation of key terms and techniques of cross stitch.

Sewing kit Cross

A kit is a package that contains all the hardware you need to design illustrations. Usually contains Aida Muslin or material, twisted cotton yarn needed in all colors a needle and a model for cross stitch or a chart with instructions on how to complete the design.

Cross Table points (or ground)

A chart is a simplified description of how to achieve their purpose. Codes (like #, +,

Aida fabric

The son of Aida cloth is woven in a precise grid, which makes it easy to guide the needle into and out of the material, to obtain stitches and even counting the squares. In general, the mesh of more than 1 square. Aida 11-count means there are 11 places in each centimeter tissue and 18-count Aida means there are 18 seats on every inch and so on. The counting of tissue and determines the final size of the design. Over the number, the smallest cross section and is easier to cross stitch fabric to reduce the number, ie, 11-count is easier than 18 count. Fabrics Aida most popular use are 14 and 16 of the bill.

Muslin material

Muslin cotton, cotton blend / Synthetic cloth or synthetic fabric woven so that there is a hole of leaflets to each individual thread. Aida Power, tend to over 1 point, however, stamens usually point more than 2 threads. Muslin comes in a variety of wireless account, the most common are 24, 28 and 32.

Stranded Cotton

Sometimes called silk, this yarn is composed of 6 easily separable strands so that you can vary the results Sewing on the number of strands used. Ideal for cross stitch, sewing long stitches and short points satin. Most cross stitch is done with 2 lines and the structure always clear whether the elements suture was completed with 1 or more than 2 threads.

This diagram shows a length cotton twist 2-son separation generally used for cross stitch.

Threads are solid colors, however, washing is be done only if absolutely necessary. If you need to wash your work, do it gently with warm water and biological detergent. Rinse well and place upside down on a thick towel and press lightly colored with a hot iron.

Thread card organizer

Many cross stitch kits and include a card with a cotton thread woven pre-classified on the map. When this was not done, it is necessary to position the son through the holes in the card and wire labels so they can easily access when you sew your design.

A tapestry needle is used to cross stitch that has a more rounded edge and a great eye. One size 24 needle is used with 14 count Aida.

Embroidery hoop or frame

Frames can be useful to maintain their texture, while mesh. Some people prefer not to hold your fabric in your hands and your stress level is good, it works well. Others may find that the "holes" are the opening and the fabric is wrinkled, this is when a frame ring must be used - if you use a hoop throws the needle back and push down toward the back that you need a hand moving back and forth and pull the needle through, and vice versa. If you have a position, you can sew with one hand on the top of the fabric and underneath and you do not need to move a hand before and back again.

From its conception

It is important to read all instructions before beginning development. It's a good idea to sew the edges of the fabric by hand or with a point in a zigzag sewing machine to prevent fraying although it is not absolutely necessary. Pinking scissors can be used to create a non-fraying edge of in zigzag.

Iron structure in the absence folds. Find the center of the canvas by folding it in half vertically and horizontally. It's a good idea to start from the center of the design if it is desirable although this is not essential.

It's a good idea to highlight the table (works fine yellow) to score points or sewing areas that you fill. This allows you to see clearly which parts of your letter is complete.

Cross stitch

Getting There: A cross-stitch, every seam is worked by a half-line first, then crosses back over the line by adding the above stitches. Bring your needle into the lower left corner of the square and inserted diagonally in the upper right corner. Another method is to fill each point as it moves, what is good for vertical lines cross stitch work. It is very important to always work the lower left to sew upper right first so that all the above son have the same inclination direction. This ensures a uniform consistency in its final design.

Quarter Cross Stitch

Directions: Barrio stitches occupy one quarter of the surface of a whole cross stitch. You have to divide son in the center of the Aida cloth with the needle.

French Knots

Instructions: Pass the needle through which node is required, wind thread around the needle twice. Put the needle into the tissue, close to where you purchased through, but not in the same place, and remove the needle by maintaining the wire taught.

Back stitch

Back seam is a point before used to delineate an area of design to add definition or to create letters. It worked after conception has been completed. 1 strand of wire is usually used to save the seam.

Instructions: Pass the needle through (1), insert (2). Bring the needle through (3) in front for the next stitch. The following agenda will start at (1) and ends at the front (3).

This diagram shows (1) The first dotted diagonal line, then (2) the second line of the Cross back over the joint first.

  • Always work with clean hands.
  • Do not carry over into the spaces where no cross-stitch, as this is when the design is complete. You should find yourself outside and return to your place.
  • Allow the needle to hang upside down from time to time to eliminate twisting the wire.
  • Do not use a knot, but to bring the needle through the back of the canvas leaving about 2 cm must be guaranteed for the points to come. Finally, run the needle through about 5 stitches in the back of the canvas.
