I have a brother PE-150 embroidery machine at home. How to avoid breaking the thread?

He received 60 spools of thread embroidery machine beautiful. But when I tried to use this thread it locks and breaks .... to repeatedly. I am somewhat new to this and you can use all the advice. Thank you!

I have this machine, you must release the wire above 0 sure to use the correct wire tap, it is very important to use brother coil wire, cans blue color, which is # 60 weight, finally, keep your finger on the button START / STOP to sew very slowly.

What you need to start Cross Stitching

First, choose a layout table or a kit

Before starting to stitch, you have to decide on a design. What do you cross stitch? Would you like simple cartoons, sayings funny that make you happy every day or want a masterpiece adapted from the best paintings that exist today. You can choose to get an independent person who will get their own equipment which is perfect if you have leftover son and fabrics or you can get a kit that includes everything you need to launch this exciting project.

Get the tissue

The graph shows the number you have chosen the design recommended. Not intimidated if it says 25 or 32 counts. This account was smaller squares of fabric that can be sewn more than 1 or 2 seats. If you prefer a large square of fabric, which makes the design of a number of 14 or 18 Aida. There are no restrictions at all. Of course, a design made in a fabric 32-count lead to more stringent concise looking finished product, but will only be fined a 14-count fabric. Do not let this part of the stress you out. I have sewn over 10 years and I still prefer 18-count during the 32-count.

A needle in a haystack

You will begin a needle mesh. A fork or toothpick is not enough. There are several different formats for a tapestry needle. Here are the recommended size for counting tissue.

Size 18: 6-account Aida

Size 20: 8-count Aida

Size 22: 11-account account Aida same armor 22/25/27

Size 24: Aida has 14, 28, has the same armor

Size 26: 16-account Aida, 32-Count same armor, 22-Hardanger say

Size 28: 18-account even count Aida Armor 36/55

It is preferable to use the correct size needle does not extend to the squares of fabric. So why not make a quirky project to a point? They are a beautiful and creative ball. Seriously Watch where you put the needles. It is fun to sit in one.

The son of silk or as some call

There are several brands of fine son there. The brand most often used are DMC and Anchor. Both are six son of woven cotton that can easily be divided into separate components, as required by design. Other notable and popular themes used for point crosses are Kreinik Metallic and Light Effects DMC Variations metal. The son even some who are shining in the dark! Is not it great?

A little advice on the net. When you're ready to sew, not necessary to cut the thread too long. It becomes harder to separate and twist and knot. Does the waste by a thread when it is too nodes that have to abolish it. Also, do not just play the son of another. Wiggle the fingers for at least 2 inches high and pull to separate.

Scissors

Definitely need to cut and cut that son of extra tissue. You can use only one pair of scissors to normal, but there are wonderful embroidery scissors just does not cut, but also help to select stitches wrong. These Scissors are usually very beautiful, gold-plated and polished like an antique. I always use a pair of scissors to normal, but getting one of these collectibles are on my list of things to get!

Embroidery hoops

This is an optional feature of help you with your points. It is not necessary and personally for me I think was the worst experience of my sewing. Of course, some may disagree and is quite useful. The reason I hardly use it because I need to sew fast and I like the point shortcut where to go but up / down half a point, then backtrack and the other half of the mesh. I can not make a cross at once, that I mad. One ring will tighten the fabric you have to put up points, then recovered from the bottom. With this method, your points will be perfect but watch out the wrinkles caused by the rings that are too tight. Some circles in wood also leave a stain that is not a pretty sight.
