Can anyone tell me how to make a novelty clothing button?

I am wanting to make a clothing button that reads, "I DO." It will be added into a wedding bouquet. I am not wanting a badge/pin, but a clothing/sewing button. I would love to make one, but if anyone knows where they are for sell, that would work too.

Here are a few samples/ideas....

I would just print out "I DO" in a pretty type font, cut out a circle around it and then glue it to a flat front of a shank button and coat it with a clear topcoat to protect it.

You'd have your button and if you want a fancier one, then you could get the shank button with a fancy edge design but a flat center for your "I DO" circle of paper. Good luck!! : }

Dress knit garments in 1925, Jacob Golomb, founder of Everlast, designed with trunks elastic waist trunks to replace the leather belt when worn by boxers. These newspapers now known as boxer trunks, immediately became famous, but were later eclipsed by the popular Jockey-style writings of the late 1930. about 1947, the boxer began to gain popularity again. [quote edit] The two styles, briefs and shorts, had varying proportions of sales over the next forty years, with strong regional and generational preferences.

Besides recent decades, the boxer has received a boost fashion in 1984 when English model and musician Nick Kamen naked blue boxers in a 1950's style "Laundry" in a Levi commercial. [1] While writing today Outsell boxers, this trend is the decline in sales boxer a significant part of sales higher for men under 40. Since the 1990s, some men also opt for boxer as a compromise between the two.

Most boxers have a fly on the forehead. Boxer manufacturers have a couple of methods of closure of the fly: metal snaps or a button or two. However, many boxers market has not need a locking mechanism to close the fly as the fabric is cut and the shorts are designed to sufficiently overlap and cover fully open. This is commonly called an open fly design.

As boxer shorts fabric is rarely stretchy, a seat "Globe", a panel fabric generous and wide at the rear of the center of the shorts, is designed to accommodate the various movements of the user, tilt forward. The most common design sewing pants are manufactured with a seat panel that is running two seams on the outer edges of the area to be back, creating a center rear panel. Most of the commercial production of boxers are mass produced with this design.

Two less common forms of boxer shorts are "gripper" boxers and "yoke front boxers. Boxers have an elastic waist handle like regular boxers but have snaps pressure, usually 3, on the fly and the size to be opened fully. boxers are similar to the front fork gripper boxers in that the yoke wide waist band can be completely open and the yoke generally has three snaps to close while the March itself, no closing mechanism. There are two types of yoke boxers: one in which there is a small piece of elastic on each side of the yoke size pins to fit the waist and tie-parties "which have narrow strips of fabric on each side size of the yoke, like strings, which are tightened and knotted by the user to make a good fit. This style of clothing was very common during the Second World War when the rubber needed for elastic waistbands had to be used for military purposes.

In addition, there are innumerable "novelty boxers. Boxer is produced from various tissues, including all cotton, cotton blends and polyester fabrics, jersey and silk.

Some studies have suggested that tight underwear and high temperatures are bad for sperm. The reasoning is based as follows: the testes are outside body cooling because they operate for sperm production in a lower temperature than the rest of the body and underwear allow testicular function in the desired temperature range. Compression genitals underwear can cause elevated temperature and sperm production in the fall. There is a similar theory of risk of testicular cancer. [2]

In 1975, a notice of underwear has created a recurring urban legend. The Lounge Fall / Winter two models underwear Sears catalog one wearing briefs and positions of other underwear. The model wears the pants seem to be part of his penis (some sources indicate a testicle) exposed. At that time, which caused a stir because of possible indecent exposure. However, Sears said that is a printing defect and the same ad reappeared in color in a later catalog, which shows that no penis. Despite all the publicity, Sears did not disclose a color copy of the notice to the public to verify its declaration. Without proof, the urban legend persists in popular culture
