Pending a response Provo boats ...?

A month ago I did a post on how to make cards for women with breast cancer. Would contact Provo Craft, the company that makes Cricut to see if it would be kind enough to donate a machine to me. I specifically directed to use to make cards for women with breast cancer. I emailed Provo Craft and after putting in all the information that says they will contact me within 10 days on the status of my application. I have not received an e-mail has been 30 days! I checked the spam folders and everything. I heard that the company has poor customer service, but I would like at least one answer and not wait for months. What now? call, write a letter? What do you think?
