shouldnt i ment

Yes, Skinheads are violent. They are Bullies that see themselves as the "Original Race" and the sole inheritors of God's kingdom. The Skinheads are an authoritarian youth movement which sanctifies violence as means to achieve political domination. Their political objectives are a jumble of slogans: defending the white race and building white pride. They are open in their expressions of anti-black, anti-gay, anti-Jewish, anti-Hispanic, anti-Asian, and anti-immigrant attitudes. Their name originally came from their shaved heads, though many are now letting their hair grow out to decrease their visibility. Their typical clothing has also been a distinctive part of their identity consisting of T-shirts, jeans, suspenders, leather jackets, and white-laced Doc Marten work boots. Their boot laces, as well as suspenders, are often used as signals, with red laces signifying that the wearer has drawn blood in the race war. Tattoos are also part of Skinhead appearance; and most adorn their bodies with tattoos of white power slogans and symbols such as swastikas. Nazi regalia such as the Iron Cross and the SS badge are also part of their distinctive costuming.

The case of automating manual time tracking

In business there is probably no more important than the time it takes to fill a task. Follow-timers "has a long history. Check the history of clocks in Wikipedia, you learn that the founders of IBM has the first mechanical clocks, punch and later there were more sophisticated devices such as proximity, biometric ID card or watches over time. They do not say is how the market has been slow to adopt new "technology" to track time. Why? Because what we tried, true and proved difficult to replace from the point of view 1) Cost 2) the risk and 3) the inertia.

Today, after fifteen years of the Internet revolution, new wave, "based on web technology, is calling your name. But before you start to assess whether the Web applications are appropriate or sensitive, we need to ask you some questions about how your manual data processing work (or not) for your organization.

Data collection:
Why are you using manual methods of data collection? What are the benefits? Are there problems with data loss?

Authentication:
Are there forms of data or other materials to use and require signature? In manual systems, the law firms to provide authentication data. But an operational point of view is really a data authentication signature? What are the risks and costs of data is not authenticated?

Treatment:
In your organization, do the data processing time and labor to bring someone who is billed, paid, encrypted, sentenced to fined, suspended or revoked? Given that one or more of these may occur is the business as usual, right?

Comments and corrections:
Do these data reviews and approvals required? Is it necessary to reject or corrections? What are the costs to consider such information manually? And what happens when the managers not the bandwidth to do? What data falls off the table? What was lost? What decisions can not be trained?

Where it is necessary IR:
The data must be sent elsewhere on a regular basis or for a date? Is there a "built" corrections and adjustments that are inevitable because the process is slow?

As you probably know, there are several areas of pain in the manual time tracking.

Five pitfalls of manual time monitoring

1.dat Collection: Slow is unstable and loses the race
In the physical world of time maintenance problems manual data integrity is in the form of lost, damaged or destroyed timecards or timesheets. Faxes are not available, busy signals, misdelivery at the other end, by mail, or for worse. One might think that the manual data collection is expensive, but it has hidden in time and costs money. Problems at startup (Time Data Entry) infect subsequent stages such as ....

2.La authentication: "Buddy Boxing "Problems and John Hancock
You do not have time ironclad authentication method used is a problem. With time and control attendance, taking a friend of a strike by its employees time card when he is late or leaving early is a real problem. And at the end of a week or period, employees can sign cards or fraudulent time his companion. And they have little incentive to do a good job here. Most lax, they are against the clock, rather than workers and their supervisors of the original time cards with corrections, and the whole process grinds to become slower and more expensive. What is worse, to failures in watches drilling in real time, the employees supervisor and the memories become greater strain. Fraud is not always the culprit. Accuracy begins to suffer. In the U.S., physical signatures much legal weight. But more provide a legal cover, often promotes a climate of lies and lying, which receives new recognition for managers who are forced to agree with the system.

3.Processing: Policy and Standards
Many political organizations to streamline processes and rules manually because they are so variable and complex. In general, these approaches do not adapt well and do so at great expense. Another problem with the manual processing of rules is it often takes place in departments with payroll supervisor's approval.

4.Approvals/Rejections review, monitoring
Manual Approval time cards needed for supervisors to monitor employee overtime or double time in the head, anyway. Or worse, they can not be able to handle more complicated rules or calculations whatsoever. With scorecards manual, has long been the supervisors to monitor time and attendance daily, often opt for the final exam week of time cards, the first punches corrections "lost", the "I forgot to hit" and other incidents that must be corrected. By course, the lack of memory at the end of the week often conspire to hurt the accuracy of presence.

Moreover 5.Sending
After all, it is said and done, time, attendance and task is data collected for various reasons, which are all very important. Manual processes require an "integrated" inefficiency to function properly. build most pay within three to four days of inactivity due to data collection slow, slow approvals and double entry of data. Some have even used "guess" the times in the last two or three days for a period of time to create even more necessary corrections.

Conclusion to this post
At each step of a long manual process of tracking inefficiency exists: data loss or distortion, lack of authentication, processing difficult administrative rules and policies, supervisors must devote time to child care cards on time management, and cost and the extra effort to handle the payroll more slowly.

We hope that the follow-up time on Automated Web will be useful. But the real benefits in the event fall within this framework will be very surprising.
