Is it true that if you work your arms to much, they'll get smaller. however, you can works you're legs alot?

I was talking to a trainer today, and he told me if you do excess amounts of sets for you're arms, you'll just get weaker. however, i was talking to a different trainer, and he said you could do legs everyday, and it would be great for you, is this true?

i find that trainers often bullshit. you can't train legs everyday. when you workout, you're tearing your muscles. and when you sleep, they repair and a new layer is formed ontop and thats how your muscles get bigger. if you train a muscle everyday, your body wont have time to heal and grow so you wont gain anything. remember you dont gain muscle at the gym you gain muscle when you're sleeping. your muscles wont get smaller if you work on them everday, but they will not grow. and its not smart to over train your muscles because in the long run, you're just wasting your time. hope this helps.

Though you may have a hard time with money, this is not the case all around the world. And though you may have good and clean water through a tap, others have to walk miles to find dirty water.

The process of setting goals allows you to see that multitude of difference. To say what you like and don't like, and decide on what you really want. And then you can set about achieving that goal.

The last point I want to cover with learning all about goal setting is to consider how you actually do it. There are many methods to set goals, and everywhere you go, you may see many different systems. Are these goal setting systems worth it? It depends on how much you are committed to goal setting, and your experience.

If you have never before set goals, then try this. Sit, and spend 5 minutes to think what you want. You could think about getting a cup of coffee or something small, to test the process out. Then write it down, and consider how you might get that. Then go!
